Define and own AI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to business and enterprise priorities.
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI products from ideation through production and continuous improvement, ensuring scalability, data quality, and responsible AI practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into enterprise-grade AI solutions and measure impact.
10–20 years of product management experience with at least 5 years managing AI/ML products.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
Strong technical expertise in AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, Generative AI), data pipelines, model deployment, MLOps, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure).
Experience with product management fundamentals including discovery, roadmaps, PRDs, agile delivery, and backlog prioritization.
Experienced in scaling AI products from pilot to enterprise adoption, especially in regulated or complex enterprise environments (e.g., oil & gas, energy).
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence global teams without direct authority.
Deep understanding of AI product lifecycle, responsible AI governance frameworks, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
