Lead and manage complex implementation projects from definition and planning through to monitoring and completion using project management methodology.

Proficiency with MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating customer representative groups within a multicultural, global environment.
Capable of detailed project planning and resource estimation, with skills in risk identification and mitigation.
Possesses a good understanding of software development cycles, product integration, and system onboarding relevant to implementation projects.
