Own end-to-end lifecycle and delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) products for Consumer Bank, Digital, and DV&L platforms.
Define BI product vision, roadmap, adoption, and measure success through OKRs like usage and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and team management to ensure timely, high-quality BI solutions aligned with business needs.
Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and BI product delivery with measurable adoption and business outcomes.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and understanding of BI best practices, data warehousing, and data modeling fundamentals.
Degree in quantitative fields (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering) with 8+ years relevant experience OR 10+ years relevant experience without degree.
Work timings require availability between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM US Eastern Time, based in India with occasional travel to Regional Engagement Hubs.
Experienced leader in BI product management with strategic oversight from roadmap to adoption and business impact.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills including presenting to senior leadership and driving organizational alignment.
Experienced managing and developing teams in matrix environments with emphasis on accountability and delivery under Agile/Hybrid methods.
