Own system reliability and automation to achieve near-zero downtime with monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms.
Design and document scalable cloud architectures and processes, focusing on eliminating operational toil and manual tasks.
Collaborate with clients, internal engineering, and Google engineers to resolve complex infrastructure issues and advise on deployment pipelines, HA, and reliability best practices.
Minimum 3+ years cloud and infrastructure experience, including Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, databases, and networking.

Comfortable operating in customer-facing roles with strong communication skills and working within Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.
