Own end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support for Oracle Discrete Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP, Quality, Inventory, Costing, MRP, ASCP.
Lead business requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and coordinate CRP, UAT, user training, and data conversion activities.
Collaborate with Oracle support on service requests and utilize basic SQL for data extraction and validation.
4-8 years of relevant Oracle Applications experience with at least one end-to-end implementation or upgrade project.
Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, Quality, INV, Costing, MRP/ASCP).
Manufacturing domain experience with client-facing exposure.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Noida (Noida location only). Education: B.Tech in Mechanical, IT, or Computer Science preferred.
Subject matter expert in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing with strong functional knowledge across multiple modules.
Experienced in detailed business analysis, process mapping, redesign, and functional design specification.
Effective communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable with client interactions and change management.
