Support multiple analytics projects and initiatives within Global Business Services Center (GBSC) and Mastercard.
Design, develop, and implement data and process automation solutions including Alteryx flows and Tableau dashboards to support GBSC Operations and the wider organization.
Engage with teams for requirement gathering and execute end-to-end analytics projects while continuously improving analytics and reporting delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
3-4 years of experience in a data analyst or related role, preferably in financial services.
High proficiency in Alteryx (including Server administration), Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience in data preparation/ETL, data integration, API usage, and developing complex queries with performance optimization.
Experienced individual contributor with full stack capabilities in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, and maintenance of analytics products.
Proven ability to communicate complex quantitative analyses clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with operational and executive dashboard design, statistical analysis, data mining, and driving business decisions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
