Lead and deliver cross-divisional technology initiatives within Capital Markets, including regulatory and discretionary projects.
Manage project lifecycle activities: feasibility studies, business analysis, impact analysis, risk and issue management, and governance coordination.

2-5 years professional experience, preferably in management consulting or financial institutions, with a technical background preferred.
Knowledge of financial services, ideally investment banking (sales & trading), with emphasis on front-to-back trade lifecycle, equity and/or fixed income.
Experience in hands-on project management within financial services technology, familiar with SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced financial services environments with multiple technology and business teams.
Strong understanding of front-office trading, capital markets operations, and regulatory environments.
Proactive and independent operator with ability to coordinate globally distributed teams and maintain robust project governance frameworks.
