Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Compliance Management, Regulatory Programs, Product Operations, Project Management, Quality Systems, or similar functions.
Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, project schedules, milestones, risks, and presenting status to leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experienced in Compliance Program Management or Regulatory Affairs, preferably with 7+ years including hardware development and global product launches.
Strong knowledge of EMC, Safety, Regulatory, Certification, and Country Approval processes within product lifecycle management.
Skilled in driving compliance programs leveraging multiple teams, managing approvals, and implementing AI or automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
