Strong knowledge of change management, risk management, governance, testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression), and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
ITIL Change Management certification or equivalent experience highly desirable; Salesforce certifications or platform delivery experience beneficial.
Experienced in coordinating complex, multi-team Salesforce releases with strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Skilled at managing dependencies, deployment readiness, and production deployment activities under pressure, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills.
Operationally proficient in Salesforce DevOps tools and Agile delivery frameworks, capable of driving continuous release process improvements in enterprise environments.
