Own end-to-end execution and delivery of a defined component, subsystem, or software workstream ensuring timing, quality, cost, and readiness for integration into the broader program.
Develop and manage detailed program plans including schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation for assigned scope.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration, production readiness, and supplier engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field required.
3–7 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar roles managing technical deliverables or workstreams.
Experience with component-level or subsystem-level planning, procurement, supplier coordination, and production readiness preferred.
Work Experience Required: 3–7 years in relevant technical program or project management roles.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive cross-functional execution across hardware and/or software development in global/multinational environments.
Experience managing software/firmware development workstreams with understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, and software integration processes preferred.
Experienced in schedule and risk management with ability to lead without direct authority and maintain alignment within complex program structures.
