Lead and deliver cross-functional technology projects within Capital Markets involving development, infrastructure, security risk, and governance.
Manage project lifecycle including feasibility studies, impact analysis, documentation, and coordination across technology and business teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Establish and maintain risk and issue tracking frameworks (RAID), prepare governance materials, and coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities with global and regional teams.
2-5 years professional experience, preferably in management consulting or financial institution; technical background preferred.
Knowledge of financial services industry, ideally investment banking (sales & trading); exposure to finance, operations, technology, or internal audit is a plus.
Proven hands-on project management experience in financial services technology initiatives.

Capable of collaborating across global teams and interfacing with diverse functions including Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Risk, with a clear understanding of front-office trading processes and technology governance.
