Solid knowledge of cloud computing concepts, SaaS platforms, web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs), and familiarity with monitoring tools or concepts.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration features including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, flows, and basic Sales/Service Cloud configuration.
Working knowledge of Salesforce development basics like Apex triggers/classes, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and debugging Salesforce system logs.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, shift-based environments with cross-team collaboration involving Engineering, SRE, and Cloud Operations for issue resolution and process improvements.
