Own month-end financial controllership activities including billing & cash collection, revenue management, accounts receivable & payable, accrued income, and month-end close ensuring adherence to accounting policies.
Manage statutory and regulatory reporting, month-on-month variance analysis, and adhoc financial requests while engaging with key stakeholders such as business heads, CFO, regulators, and auditors.
Develop and implement robust frameworks, process standardization, automation initiatives, and documentation to establish a high-performing finance team in the India Finance Global Service Centre supporting the Luxembourg Finance team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI and Workday/Adaptive Planning preferred.
Experienced in end-to-end finance processes within a global, multi-entity environment, preferably supporting Tier 1 jurisdictions like Luxembourg.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across business, finance, regulators, and auditors with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Capable of leading process improvements, applying data analytics and visualization, and supporting project management within finance operations.
