Lead design, deployment, optimization, and governance of SAP IBP and related planning technologies to support global manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Drive planning process transformation, governance, change management, and performance analytics to achieve operational excellence and supply chain resiliency.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
10-12 years progressive supply chain experience focused on planning processes, systems, and transformations.
Minimum 5 years leading SAP IBP deployments or large-scale optimization initiatives.
Proven experience implementing and governing MRP processes within SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP platforms.
Experienced in managing global supply chain planning processes across manufacturing, procurement, and fulfillment in complex environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global projects, drive adoption of standardized processes, and align technology with business needs.
Strong expertise in SAP IBP, MRP governance, and business transformation within industrial or technology-driven sectors, preferably with Battery Energy Storage Systems or similar industries.
