Coordinate all import and export shipments from multiple factories and suppliers ensuring timely movement and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Manage end-to-end outbound logistics including dispatch planning, shipment scheduling, vehicle placement, route optimization, and customer deliveries.
Review and manage shipping documentation, freight invoices, and Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) with transporters and logistics service providers to maintain compliance and cost efficiency.
2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or related roles.
Knowledge of import/export procedures, outbound logistics, domestic transportation, and shipping documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting tools.
Work Experience Required: 2–5 years in logistics coordination or similar functions.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, warehouses, and factories at a local to national level.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills focused on freight planning and cost optimization.
Ability to handle multiple shipments and resolve logistics-related issues proactively under pressure.
