Capable of strategizing and improving testing processes including automation coverage, defect leakage reduction, and quality metrics tracking to drive continuous improvement.
Operates effectively in cross-functional Agile teams with strong mentoring skills and the ability to lead junior QA engineers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
