Administer and support compensation programs including base salary, incentive and executive compensation to reward and retain employees.
Conduct research and analysis to align compensation strategies and programs with organizational goals across enterprise functions.

Strong skills in complex data analysis and advanced Excel, with ability to manage detailed employee compensation data and risk controls.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams including Executive Compensation, Incentive Design, Payroll/HR Operations for operational delivery and compliance.
