Perform Record to Report (RTR) accounting activities for global entities (US, EAME, APAC) from Bangalore as part of the Centre of Excellence (COE) team.
Ensure timely, accurate financial record keeping and reporting compliant with GAAP and organizational standards.
Create financial performance reports and analyses; participate in special projects and adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures.
3-4 years of accounting degree or equivalent; professional certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA is preferable.
2-3 years relevant experience in captive accounting service centres or large corporates, preferably in manufacturing and service sectors.
Basic experience with multiple ERPs, accounting tools, data analysis, and understanding accounting/business issues.
Ability to work onsite full-time (5 days a week) in Whitefield Office, Bangalore; flexibility to work multiple shift timings (APAC, EAME, US). No visa sponsorship available.
Experienced accountant familiar with global finance services and RTR processes across multiple geographies.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills to manage financial data and reporting compliantly.
Capable of handling multiple priorities, using accounting and financial analysis tools in a structured, process-driven environment.
