Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services during shift, including preventive maintenance and inspections.

Proficient in preventive maintenance scheduling, safety and compliance protocols, and vendor management.
Capable of detailed coordination with multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams under operational pressure.
