Lead onboarding and implementation of new Hedge Fund Services clients, coordinating between investment managers, technology partners, and operational teams.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex VBA scripts and Python programs including OOP and data structures to support automation and reporting.
Create, analyze, and maintain complex Xceptor reports for reconciliation and client requirements, ensuring timely fixes and updates.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
5-7 years of experience related to Change Management Projects; experience in Hedge Funds, Investment Management, or Financial Services preferred.
Strong proficiency in VBA Programming (Macros and Automation), Python (Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL), and advanced Excel skills.
Advanced knowledge of Xceptor application and strong operations knowledge including controls, risk mitigation, and secondary review.
Experienced in managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management skills.
Able to serve as a subject matter expert and mentor junior employees, with the ability to independently lead initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Strong operational and programming expertise combined with hands-on experience in Hedge Fund Services and financial data reconciliation.
