Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, network fundamentals, and cybersecurity monitoring concepts.
Experienced in operating within structured runbook and escalation environments supporting U.S. or global enterprise technology teams, preferably offshore in India.
Demonstrates strong individual ownership with ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent escalations, and clear communication across time zones.
Background in professional services, consulting, or financial services environments with familiarity of ITIL, SOC, NOC, or similar service operation disciplines.
