Generic QA title, mid-level (3-5 years) experience, and common skills increase applicant competition.
Core QA skills are transferable, but preferred NBFC/lending experience increases domain-specific sensitivity.
Explicit 3-5 years plus mandatory API, SQL, and Agile skills create moderate shortlisting filters.
