Own project governance activities including tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze and document business processes including current and future states, identifying improvement opportunities and developing SOPs and process maps.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in PMO, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
Mandatory skills: Project Governance, RAID Management, Project Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Process Mapping, SOP Documentation, Root Cause Analysis, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, Advanced Excel, Power BI.
Experience with SQL preferred; familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
Experienced in managing project governance and multi-stakeholder coordination within a PMO or process improvement function.
Strong analytical background with proven skills in process documentation, root cause analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma applications.
Proficient in advanced data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), capable of deriving insights for leadership decision-making.
