Own end-to-end operations management of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Manage all stakeholders including customers, vendors, and partners; report progress and issues to Program Manager and senior leadership.
Contribute to business process design, deployment planning, training, and collaboration with internal and client teams to meet operational deliverables.
B.Tech or MCA degree essential; Project management certifications/ITIL are optional.
Minimum 8 years total IT experience with at least 5 years in AMI/Smart Metering domain.
Hands-on experience with AMI components (HES, MDM, WFM) and knowledge of related technologies such as Cloud and Security.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years specifically in AMI/Smart Metering operations.
Experienced in managing the operations phase of AMI projects with deep domain knowledge of DLMS/COSEM, IS16444, IS15959 parts 2 & 3, RF communication, Cellular technology.
Able to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and operational deliverables in utility environments.
Familiar with software development lifecycle in IT, smart meter integrations, and preferably knowledgeable about REC RDSS AMI project guidelines.
