Oversee daily trading support activities for prime brokerage business including trade affirmations, reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, billing and cash transfers.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and control gap mitigations to support scaling and reduce operational risks.
Collaborate across internal teams and external prime brokers/custodians to resolve complex trade and operational issues; maintain policies and procedures updated for process efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree required.
6+ years of relevant experience in prime business operations/support.
Proficiency with financial instruments including securities, fixed income, equity, options, derivatives; experience with Geneva, Broadridge, Bloomberg or similar systems advantageous.
Strong skills in VBA, Excel, Access database and ability to implement/maintain systems and controls.
Experienced in fast-paced, evolving prime brokerage or institutional investment operations environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and risk mitigation efforts strategically and tactically.
Capable of working independently with strong analytical and communication skills, managing multiple stakeholders and complex operational workflows.
