Lead business analysis for Market Access initiatives focusing on Pricing, Contracting, Government Programs, Rebates, Gross-to-Net, Managed Care, and Market Access Operations.
Gather and manage requirements including BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support business process improvement and optimization in the US Pharmaceutical Market Access domain.

Strong domain expertise in US Pharmaceutical Market Access including Managed Care, Payer, PBM, Government Programs, Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Gross-to-Net calculations.
Proficiency in business analysis deliverables such as requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, process mapping, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
Experienced with the US Pharmaceutical Market Access ecosystem, including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B programs and formulary management.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and detailed business process analysis for complex healthcare payer and pharmaceutical systems.
Familiarity or experience with supporting technology tools such as Model N Revenue Management, Salesforce/Veeva CRM, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and ERP integrations is a plus but not mandatory.
