Lead and manage the PMO team to ensure smooth delivery of client engagements and adherence to project management processes and SLAs.
Own and enhance PMO processes and tools, including managing SDLC artifacts, risk management, and performance tracking across finance, training, and billing functions.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between onshore/offshore teams, clients, and internal stakeholders, including client PMO teams and vendor management activities.
7-10 years of project management experience or MBA with 5+ years in project management.
Proficient in Project Management tools (MPP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of PM processes and SDLC management.
Prior experience managing a PMO team of over 50 people preferred.
Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, Prince2) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing large-scale PMO operations with strong process ownership and governance capability.
Capable of strategic thinking and operational execution across cross-functional areas like finance, SLA compliance, and training.
Able to effectively coordinate complex teams including offshore/onshore members and directly engage with client PMO teams.
