Design, implement, validate, and sustain control system solutions for industrial, power, energy, or digital products within Energy Control Systems group.

5–8 years of experience in power and control systems design and delivery.
Experience with power system and power electronics modeling and control tools/languages such as Typhoon, RTDS, OPAL-RT, Python, MATLAB & Simulink, C/C++ (at least one required).
Knowledge of control theory fundamentals and real-time system behavior required.
Experienced in delivering control system solutions within Power, Microgrid, Utilities, EV, or energy domains.
Strong engineering judgment with demonstrated capability progressing toward technical leadership and mentoring roles.
Familiarity with functional safety standards (SIL, IEC, UL), digital/IIoT/edge-to-cloud control integrations, and Agile/Scrum development preferred.
