Experienced hands-on network operations engineer capable of managing multi-vendor, multi-appliance network environments at scale.
Skilled in complex technical support, incident response organization, and maintaining operational KPIs and SLAs.
Comfortable with documentation creation, SOP writing, and process improvement within an IT operations context aligned to ISO/ITIL standards.
