2-3 years of experience in Rewards or Payroll Operations with understanding of Rewards Operations and data management.
Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
Good MS Excel skills and experience in data extraction, manipulation, and balancing from multiple sources.
Experience with Workday system is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing reward process data quality and corrections within a global or complex operational environment.
Methodical, organized with the ability to prioritize workload under stress and meet strict timelines.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business teams to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
