Collaborate with Finance teams and Data SMEs to gather and articulate data requirements, delivering solutions within planned timelines.
Own and create business artefacts (BRD/FSD, Functional Specs, Workflows, TOM) and assist Product Owner through the SDLC and governance steps.
Lead and track progress of business requirements delivery, engage with delivery teams (Dev, QA, PMO), and drive process improvements for project and BAU efficiency.
4-6 years relevant experience in Product Control, Finance, or Change Management roles.
Graduation in Finance or MBA or CA qualification; Chartered accountant qualification (CA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) is desirable.
Technical skills: SQL/PLSQL, experience with SAP Master Data Governance, familiarity with ETL tools, data sourcing, quality and modeling, and workflows.

Strong understanding of financial markets, data governance frameworks (DQMF, BCBS239), and regulatory compliance in finance data management.
