Own end-to-end administration and scheduling for Learning & Development programs ensuring smooth delivery and compliance.
Manage and update Learning Management System (LMS) including course setup, enrollment, attendance, and completion tracking.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to confirm logistics and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining accurate training records and reports.
3 to 5 years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling, or Learning Operations required.
Mandatory experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.

Must work Australian shift timings (9 am to 5 pm Australian time).

Strong skills in learning administration and scheduling processes with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced teams.
Proficient in advanced MS Excel and MS Office for data analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
