Work schedule includes customer work hours for US, Europe, and Asia Pacific time zones including weekends and holidays as on-call staff. Experience with storage box data migration and storage replication preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex mainframe storage environments across multiple LPARs and CECs with experience supporting production mainframe systems.
Experience working in globally distributed teams and adapting to customer time zones including off-hours support.
Strong technical expertise in mainframe storage technologies, system tools, and administration with a focus on modernization and operational excellence.
