Manage and oversee FSP Data Management Operations teams and Client accounts to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Proficiency in English and ability to manage remote staff; knowledge of local regulations (FDA, EMA) and ICH/GCP guidelines.
Strong leadership capability managing multiple teams and Client programs in a matrix organization with remote staff.
Deep expertise in FSP outsourcing models with experience driving resource allocation, financial tracking, and compliance to KPIs and contractual requirements.
Strategic collaborator able to engage with senior management and Clients, lead change initiatives, and contribute to business development efforts.
