Own end-to-end customer order process for marine aftersales including quotation, order processing, execution, communication, and invoicing for Ocean Division (ship management customers).
Handle enquiries, RFQs, and government tenders (including GEM portal submissions) for marine services, coordinating across global functions for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain key performance indicators such as response times and invoicing targets; interface between customers, Distribution Center (Sweden), Order Handling (Denmark), and External Sales (India).
3-4 years relevant work experience in aftersales support or order execution.
Any graduate degree.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP system (Movex).
Experience with aftersales support, order execution, marine or merchant trade transactions preferred.
Strong commercial knowledge in marine aftersales services with ability to handle complex quotations and government tenders.
Operational focus on timely order execution, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination with international teams.
Good communication skills with proactive and customer-responsive approach in a global, multi-stakeholder environment.
