Tier-1 employer, mid-level AR manager in Pune, and common generalist skillset increase candidate competition.
AR, O2C, SOX and ERP experience transferable but GBS and US-shift expectations increase domain specificity.
Explicit 7–9 years, AR/GBS and SOX requirements, plus ERP and US-shift constraints raise filtering strictness.
