Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India and cluster entities, including monthly runs, off-cycle payments, and arrears, ensuring 100% accuracy and SLA adherence.
Coordinate with finance, payroll vendors, and HRIS/HRMS teams to validate payroll outputs, handle issue resolution, and support system upgrades and UAT.
Support compliance with Indian statutory requirements, maintain audit documentation, and identify opportunities for payroll process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficient with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), payroll compliance, and continuous process improvement in a Shared Services environment.
