Support and maintain network infrastructure to ensure platform stability and service availability to end users within agreed SLAs.
Act as first responder in incident response, manage day-to-day network operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, change implementation, and vendor coordination.
Maintain technical documentation including SOPs and accurate records through ticketing systems.
Experience: Extensive experience in enterprise NOC roles, minimum 2nd or 3rd line support.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies including BGP, TCP/IP, Layer 2; experience with firewalls (ACLs, firewalling), load balancers (F5), VPNs (SSL, IPSec), and cloud technologies (AWS).
Standards Knowledge: Understanding of ISO and ITIL standards.
Location: Hyderabad, India or remote within India.
Experienced in fast-paced, multi-vendor, complex network operations environments handling escalated issues.
Comfortable working with network security components and cloud platforms, maintaining operational KPIs and SLAs.
Proficient in writing technical documentation and contributing to process improvements.
