Experienced in implementing and managing AI-enabled operations including AIOps, Gen AI use cases such as anomaly detection, log analysis, and incident summarization.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, cloud, security, and leadership teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
Operational mindset balancing innovation with reliability, security, compliance, and continuous improvement in global, hybrid work settings.
