Lead and manage large-scale IT integration projects related to M&A and divestiture initiatives, including due diligence, security assessments, and integration of networks, cloud services, and applications.
Oversee project execution, risk management, and delivery aligned with project goals while managing changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for project management practices and continuous improvement activities within the PMO.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on project management experience with increasing complexity.
Mandatory certifications: PMP preferred; alternatively Green Belt, Black Belt, or Scrum Master certification.
Onsite presence required in Pune during Pacific Time Zone (Irvine, CA) working hours; remote work not allowed.
Proven experience managing M&A related IT projects with cross-functional collaboration, including infrastructure and security.
Strong familiarity with ERP, CRM, CLM, PLM system implementations and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps).
Skilled in project financial management, stakeholder communication, and leading PMO continuous improvement initiatives.
