Lead full stack development and technical leadership for high-performance trading/post-trading platforms with focus on Core Java and database design.
Own end-to-end delivery including architecture, design, development, testing, support, and coordination with global stakeholders.
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, cloud native development, and performance optimization in low-latency, high-throughput systems.
15-18 years of relevant technology and domain experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Extensive experience in Core Java (Java 1.8+), multithreading, JMS/MOM systems (Kafka/MQ/JMS), microservices architecture, and database technologies (Oracle/Postgres, SQL, PL/SQL, Hibernate).
Proven experience in low-latency, high-throughput, event-driven trading or eTrading platforms, preferably FX or equities algorithmic trading.
Experience leading and managing technical teams across multiple locations with Agile and modern DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS).
Strong aptitude for strategic problem solving and connecting complex technology components in a global enterprise environment.
Hands-on technical leader comfortable with full software development lifecycle ownership and cross-team coordination.
Prior experience in performance-critical financial services technology platforms with ability to manage dispersed teams and deliver end-to-end solutions reliably.
