Serve as a subject-matter expert on Agentforce + Data Cloud to guide technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design for strategic customers.
Engage directly with Signature and Strategic customers to recommend and implement optimization strategies and custom architectural solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while facilitating executive discussions to align technology strategy with business value and ROI.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration architectures, data governance, and business process optimization focused on data & integration architecture.
Degree or equivalent experience required; must be able to work AMER shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) and onsite 3 days a week (office-flexible).
Experienced in enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP implementations with a focus on AI and analytics-driven success strategies.
Proficient in bridging technical concepts and business value, capable of influencing executive stakeholders and delivering measurable ROI.
Familiar with multi-cloud Salesforce environments and integration with large data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, etc.) and programming languages like Python or Java.
