Lead the design and optimization of scalable, performant BI and analytics architecture and data models for operational, clinical, and strategic use cases.
Serve as primary Tableau Cloud SME, managing user access, security, performance tuning, and integration of Tableau dashboards via APIs into web applications.
Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and analysts, while maintaining best practices in data pipeline efficiency and governance across environments.
Minimum 3+ years professional experience in BI, analytics engineering, or data engineering; preferably in healthcare or regulated data domains.

Capable of cross-functional collaboration with data platform, analytics, and product teams to align data definitions and build source-of-truth datasets.
Demonstrated leadership ability mentoring junior technical members, enforcing standards, and advancing data governance in a modern data stack environment.
