Experience within various Finance and Accounting functions such as Financial Planning & Analytics, P&L and/or balance sheet reporting.
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years Accounting/Finance experience inclusive of process optimization and complex project delivery.
Experienced in process re-engineering and technology-enabled transformation projects within Accounting & Finance domains, preferably with exposure to healthcare sector.
Effective communicator capable of influencing and collaborating in a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
Strong project management and analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable operational improvements using data-driven methods and automation tools.
