Conduct deep secondary market research and build structured intelligence on company profiles, ownership relationships, investments, deals, valuations, and corporate events.
Interpret complex deal and ownership data including M&A transactions, investment rounds, ownership changes, and corporate restructuring under ambiguity.
Leverage AI-enabled research tools to improve research speed, source comparison, productivity, and collaborate across global data, product, and engineering teams to maintain data quality and coverage.
Minimum 18 months of relevant experience in research, financial/market data, private markets, deals, ownership, or business intelligence.
Post Graduate degree or BTech with excellent academic record required.
Strong skills in primary-source research, interpreting structured and unstructured data, and understanding private market ecosystems and deal lifecycles.
Familiarity with Excel, Office 365, SharePoint; SQL or Python preferred; experience or exposure to AI-assisted research tools and prompt-driven workflows.
Experienced in private markets domain with ability to analyze complex ownership and deal structures under ambiguous information.
Comfortable working with AI-enabled workflows and enhancing research productivity through technology.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with global teams to ensure high data quality and incorporate feedback for intelligence development.
