Own vendor lifecycle management including onboarding, service reviews, SLA/KPI tracking, renewals, and risk management.

3-6 years of experience in DevOps or vendor management roles.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Technically credible with strong operational ownership in vendor and service management within cloud and infrastructure domains.
Analytical with the ability to interpret technical metrics, performance trends, and commercial data to inform decisions.
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, finance, procurement, legal, and security teams.
