Work Experience Required: 4–7 years in relevant fields; Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience managing high-volume, high-availability SaaS platforms with 99.9%+ uptime requirements and strong incident response capabilities.
Proficient in container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and cloud security best practices including compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to improve deployment automation, scalability, and operational efficiency while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.
