Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experienced in using application performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus for bottleneck diagnosis.
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests in release processes within Agile/Scrum environments.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally with teams including developers, DevOps, and product to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.
