Experienced leader with deep knowledge of software development lifecycles, deployment risk, and testing disciplines within development-led organizations.
Proven ability to manage change governance balancing velocity, stability, risk, and regulatory expectations at enterprise scale in financial services or highly regulated sectors.
Skilled in partnering across technical and business stakeholders and leading high-performing teams to enable continuous operational improvements.
