Own end-to-end HR and Central Platform Opex controlling, focusing on people costs, external workforce, cloud/infrastructure, and central operating expenses globally.
Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and multiyear plans aligned with product and technology roadmaps, and partner with Tech, Product, and HR leadership on investment decisions and financial modeling.
Manage and develop a multi-location finance team, drive technical controlling of cloud/platform spend, oversee month-end closings, and improve reporting and KPIs for senior stakeholders.
12–15 years in FP&A or controlling, with significant experience in tech, digital product, or platform-driven environments.
Mandatory Chartered Accountant qualification.
Experience managing finance teams across multiple locations (India and France).
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in controlling where 50–70% scope is technical/platform spend including product roadmaps and tech investments.
Proven ability to partner and influence senior non-finance stakeholders such as CTOs, CPOs, and CHROs with data-driven insights.
Comfortable working in multinational organizations, collaborating across India and Europe with hands-on team leadership.
